Two new coaches joining FEHC for next season - Kevin Small (Baggy) and Lisa Scarborough (Lala)

We are delighted to announce that Kevin Small (Baggy) and Lisa Scarborough (Lala) will be joining our coaching team for this coming season. Baggy will be coaching our L1's and overseeing our L2s. Lala will be coaching our Men's 1s and 2s.

Kevin Small (Baggy)

Baggy is an FIH level 2 coach and has just completed his EH Advanced Coaching Programme (ACP). He has coached DC, AC& PC for many years and is the Director of Coaching for Hants Player Pathway. At his last club Alton, he helped L1 achieve promotion twice in 4 years, before coaching M1 who were also promoted. As a Fleet man, Baggy is excited to be moving to his local club. "I want to help players be the best that they can be and ultimately make FEHC the club of choice in our area".

Lisa Scarborough (Lala)

Lala played for GB in the 1997 Champions Trophy and England in the 1998 World Cup. After retiring from top-flight hockey and moving into coaching she has had success with the Ladies 1s at Eastcote HC (1 promotion in 4 seasons), Maidenhead HC (2 promotions in 7 seasons) and Basingstoke HC (3 promotions in 9 seasons). At both Maidenhead and Basingstoke she took the ladies teams to the highest level in their history with promotion into the National League. Lisa has been a friend of FEHC for many years having delivered guest coaching sessions to the Ladies and Men’s 1s and 2s as well as the U14 Boys. “I am very excited to come to Fleet and join Baggy and Angie in club’s coaching team. I believe the club has the potential to become as successful as any other club that I have coached.”

Welcome to Fleet & Ewshot HC!
