Earlier this year, we lost Chris Bennett. An incredible coach and player at FEHC who dedicated many years to the club and is hugely missed.
Following his diagnosis, last year we held the inaugural Chris Bennett Benefit Game, where Chris coached a team made up of previous Ladies 1s players. Chris led the Ladies 1s to Cup victories in both 2018 and 2019, as well as being crowned league winners.
This years Benefit Game will be held on Saturday 13th April, 12.30pm push back at the Army Hockey Pitches.
A collection will be made during the match and any money raised will go to The Brain Tumour Charity. A local and amazing charity that provided a lot of support and guidance after Chris' diagnosis. They are striving to help those with brain tumours live longer and with a better quality of life.
