Affects all Ladies teams, Men's 3, 4 and 5s and all junior teams

Hampshire Hockey Association (HHA) have announced that all leagues run by them have been cancelled and the season been declared void. With no indication of when hockey could restart, it was decided that there was no realistic chance of being able to complete the season in a fair manner.

This affects all the Ladies Teams, the Men's 3, 4 and 5's and the Junior fixtures in the Hampshire league competitions.

All these fixtures have been removed from the HHA and are in the process of being removed from our website. If you do receive a notification to enter you availability for a match, please ignore it. (Note: Some of the junior fixtures will remain on the site). England Hockey are investigating the potential of restarting the Junior Cup competitions but until we have further information from the Government, nothing is planned.

No decision yet has been made about the leagues managed by the South Men's League, this affects the Men's 1 and 2s. However no date has been given to restart. Other regions have already cancelled the entire programme, so it is probably just a question of time.

As a club we will look to restart hockey as soon as we can based on what the Government says and the guidelines from England Hockey. Any sessions from now will be funded on a pay-as-you-play basis, allowing everyone to make a choice as to when they feel it is safe for them to resume.

Looking forward to seeing you all back on a pitch sooner rather than later.
